Consortium agreements allow ASU graduates to participate in financial aid programs while attending ASU and another accredited college. ASU reserves the right not to enter into a consortium agreement if, in the opinion of ASU Financial Aid and Scholarship Services, such a consortium agreement would be administratively prohibitive. Syndicated agreements help provide additional financial assistance, not for the deferral of loans. Consortium Agreement 2020-2021 This form is required if you are taking courses at CGCC and another Maricopa Community College, Arizona State University or Central Arizona University and would like your help based on these credit hours. If you would like to apply for financial support based on your combined enrolment in the Maricopa Community College District*, you can start the process by filling out the online form. Register with the HOME and HOST schools and then submit the consortium agreement before the submission deadline. You must enroll at least half of the credits (6 undergraduate credits; 5 graduate credits) at ASU for the semester in question. Students in the Concurrent Enrollment PROGRAM (ASU Nursing CEP) with Arizona Community Colleges, the University of Mary, and the Mayo Clinic must enroll in at least one ASU class. If you visit ASU Online as part of our partnerships with Starbucks, Uber or Aramark, we will not enter into a consortium agreement except for CEP nursing students. ASU law students do not need to enroll in ASU credits, but must have the class space reserved in their schedule.
* Note – Students taking courses at the Accredited College outside the Maricopa Community College District should contact the Financial Aid Office for more information on the consortium process. All notices for the consortium contract process will be sent to your ASU email address. Note: If you receive any of the types of rewards listed below, they will only be prorated based on your ASU* enrollment status (consortium credits do not count). Please read the full census policy for more details on how premiums are prorated to your registration. If a student is already enrolled in 12 or more credits at SCC, there is no need to complete the process, as the student is already receiving the maximum possible financial support and adding credits would not increase the amount.
